We are an independent company that works with customers across the UK. We manage our network of qualified engineers from our Sussex base which is also home to the customer service team and management.

Managing Director
Stuart Collis has been Managing Director of Stillframe since he launched the company in 1988. Stuart's background in broadcast and video engineering gave him both the technical skills and the business insight to build Stillframe into a leading CCTV systems provider.
Stuart focuses primarily on new business development, confident that the strong team he has created around him can manage all other operations. However, in Stillframe's early days Stuart would often meet the customer as salesman, system designer and installer, so the team benefit from the lessons he learnt.
Prior to Stillframe, Stuart worked within Sony's Professional Video Commmunication Division. His first job after his radio and television apprenticeship was with Plessey where he worked in a variety of roles within video and communications engineering.

Sales and Marketing Director
Tricia Cranwell has been Stillframe's Sales & Marketing Director since 2000.
Tricia's role is to build long-term customer relationships by ensuring that Stillframe understands completely the client's needs and that Stillframes meets those needs. Her focus on customer satisfaction has resulted in very high levels of customer retention and a number of long-standing relationships with blue-chip companies. Stillframe has also been awarded Prefered Supplier status for new works by a number of these clients.
Prior to Stillframe Tricia worked in sales and marketing roles in the mobile communication industry, providing her with a wealth of experience across different business sectors and customer groups.
Operations Manager
Adam Hardcastle recently joined Stillframe as part of its continuing investment in operational excellence.
As Operations Manager, Adam manages each project through to completion, liaising with the client and coordinating the Stillframe team of Project Managers, engineers and suppliers. He ensures compliance with the technical, operational and cost specifications agreed with the customer.
Adam started out as an AV engineer before moving into operations and inventory management with a successsful professional lighting company.

Project Managers
Our Project Managers, Dean and Paul, have a combined 30 years of industry experience and are fully versed in new and traditional technologies.

As Project Manager they oversee all aspects of the installation, working closely with the customer, architect, installation engineers, electricians and other contractors on site. They then supervise the commissioning and launch of the system, ironing out any teething problems and providing client personnel with training.Field Engineer
Our team of skilled engineers provide comprehensive coverage of the UK. Their blend of knowledge, skills and experience mean we can provide the right engineer for each job, from service calls to installations.
We know how important continuous operation of a CCTV system is to our clients so our engineers will repair equipment on-site wherever possible. If not, they will remove it and then install loan equipment. We aim to send the same engineer to each site each time in order to build up familiarity with each client's system.
We induct and train our engineers to ensure they meet the standards of responsiveness, effectiveness and courtesy we promise our clients. We ensure our engineers receive continual training on new product and system advancements. They carry personal ID, IPAF licenses and PPE.

Customer Service Team
Our Customer Service Team is the hub of our company.
Becky and Kerry have worked in customer service for a number of years and have recently joined to enhance our customer support.
They manage all maintenance and service calls from our UK wide customer base, using their CCTV knowledge and service experience to determine the actual problem. They fully brief the Field Engineer on the nature of the problem and schedule the site visit. All follow-up works, including repair logistics, are coordinated through this team.
The team also provide essential back-up to our Project Managers by managing the logistics for each project.
