A number of our customers are retail businesses, making high-street shops a particular area of expertise for Stillframe. But we also have experience in CCTV systems for retail units on business parks, distribution and storage warehouses, industrial operations, car parks and government buildings.
For each customer we deliver a bespoke approach. When we receive a customer brief we take time to understand the requirements beyond the specification. We ask questions, we listen and we develop tailored proposals.
We think hard about how to manage the project most efficiently. The business might be running as normal with customers and employees around or there may be other contractors on site. So we work closely with the customer to minimise disruptions. We recognise that the requirements can change during installation for various reasons, often beyond the client's control. We try to be adaptable and to anticipate problems.
As well as training client staff during commissioning we also support operational teams during the early days, either on-site or through telephone support from Project Managers and Field Engineers.
