We know how important continuous operation of a CCTV system is to our clients so our engineers will repair equipment on-site wherever possible. If not, they will remove it and then install loan equipment.
We aim to send the same engineer to each site each time in order to build up familiarity with each client's system. We induct and train our engineers to ensure they meet the standards of responsiveness, effectiveness and courtesy we promise our clients.
We ensure our engineers receive continual training on new product and system advancements. They carry personal ID, IPAF licenses and PPE.
