Our Customer Service Team is the hub of our company. They have worked in customer service for a number of years and have recently joined to enhance our customer support.
They manage all maintenance and service calls from our UK wide customer base, using their CCTV knowledge and service experience to determine the actual problem.
They fully brief the Field Engineer on the nature of the problem and schedule the site visit. All follow-up works, including repair logistics, are coordinated through this team.
The team also provide essential back-up to our Project Managers by managing the logistics for each project.
